What is the role?

As Product Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for on boarding and managing the full digital product lifecycle, releasing enriched, compliant content to our various e-commerce sites, web apps and sales channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to either begin or further your career within the IT distribution industry, the role is ideal for someone with admin experience & excellent attention to detail, you will be given full training on all other aspects of this role.

How will you do this?

  • Develop knowledge and expertise within your product area
  • On-board new products
  • Develop e-commerce categories
  • Product lifecycle management (PLM)
  • Digital asset management (DAM)
  • Product relationship management
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Content supplier relationship management
  • Support & collaborate with teams such as e-comms, product management, sales, and marketing
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Develop product classification taxonomies

Is this the role for you?


To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas

  • Previous experience within an administration or data entry role highly desirable
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Keen interest in IT products
  • Motivated and proactive, able to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and with changing priorities and workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
